credit cards do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard and Discover/Novus cards are accepted,
as well as debit cards which bear the Visa or Mastercard
logo. Regretfully, American Express is not accepted.

I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled and credit will be issued IF
the order has not been shipped already; if the order
has already been shipped the order cannot be canceled.

yet. How long do credits take?
We submit all requests for credits within 24 hours
of receipt; however, it may take 7-10 business days
for you to receive your credit. You should see this
on your next credit card statement or the following
one, depending on where you are in your billing cycle.

I return the product?
Yes, IF the product is received damaged by mail; otherwise
all sales are final. Please email us first for authorization

was I charged sales tax on my purchase?
State tax is applied to an item if the purchaser submits
an order from a location in Pennsylvania. Calculate
6% to your final price total and add it in your credit

We use UPS to ship. Depending on where it is shipped
to, the order could take 5-14 days. With UPS the order
can be tracked to determine where it is on the route.

No. We need a street address to ensure proper delivery.

Yes! When you place your order and come to the Check
Out screen, just replace your address with the address
you want to ship your merchandise to, then continue.
Remember to use a street address, not a Post Office
